Known Issues

Here is a list of some πŸ› bugs 🐞 that we are aware of and that shall be fixed soon. Until then, you may find a workaround here!

Remarks field cropped in PDF

Field length is longer than accepted in PDF output. Also, multiple lines are ignored, even though accepted in the field.

No workaround. The info is correctly saved in the app server, so once this is corrected, it will appear in full. Note: we highly recommend to keep in the Remarks only information required for the logbook. For operational notes, you may use the Departure and Arrival notes.

Flight search doesn’t work for special characters

Users using no English characters, especially for crew name and remarks field, cannot search for those information, as the search tool doesn't retrieve the flights properly.

Try to search for other terms. Note: we highly recommend to use English-only characters as it is the international standard for a logbook.

Deleted aircraft keeps appearing in the dashboard Fleet tab

Even after deleting all flights from a specific aircraft type, the Fleet page of the Dashboard still shows that aircraft type.

Go to the Dashboard Totals tab and perform a "pull to refresh". This will force a recalculation of your dashboard data.

Changes made using "Edit Times" are not persistent

If the user creates a flight and, before saving it, edit its times manually using the "Edit Times", those changes are lost.

After creating a new record, before editing its times using the "Edit Times", make sure to SAVE the record first and then access the "Edit Times". This workaround will avoid losing the manual changes.
