My totals don’t match my old logbook or company report — how can I find out why?
If your totals look different from your previous logbook or company report, don’t worry — this usually comes down to incomplete or inconsistent records. Here are some ways to investigate:
1) Check for incomplete logs
Go to the Logbook tab.
Open the filter tool and select “Show incomplete logs only.”
Incomplete logs appear as gray cards and are not counted in your totals.
More about it here: Why is my flight record shown in gray?
2) Cross-check with your Dashboard
Go to your Dashboard.
In the Totals and Fleet tabs, look for differences tied to a specific fleet or time period.
If you find one, return to the Logbook tab and use the custom date range filter or search by aircraft model to review the relevant flights.
3) Use the Export Logbook for deeper analysis
Go to the More tab and choose Export Logbook.
Set a period range and/or select specific aircraft types.
On the summary screen, review the totals for your selection.
Click Export to create a PDF and compare it against your other records to spot where the discrepancy comes from.
