# Inviting a Friend
Wader has a referral program that rewards you for bringing fellow pilots on board.
## How it works
1. Go to **More → Invite a Friend** to get your personal referral code.
2. Share the code with colleagues.
3. When they sign up using your code, you both receive a reward.
You can share your code directly from the app or copy it to send via message or any other channel.
