# Exporting Your Logbook

Wader can generate a professional PDF logbook ready for printing or sharing. Access it from **More → Export Logbook**.

## Export Options

Configure your export before generating the PDF:

| Option                      | Choices                                                           |
| --------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Paper size**              | Letter or A4                                                      |
| **Layout**                  | FAA or EASA                                                       |
| **Time format**             | Standard (hh:mm) or Decimal (h.h) — toggle "Show time as decimal" |
| **Date range**              | Select a start and end date                                       |
| **Aircraft**                | Select which aircraft types to include (at least one required)    |
| **Add previous experience** | Include previous experience totals (default: on)                  |
| **Deduct relief time**      | Subtract augmented crew relief time from totals (default: off)    |

Tap **Next** to generate and preview the PDF.

## Notes

Gray (incomplete) flights are not included in the export. Complete all required fields on your flights before generating the PDF. See [Flight Validation](/reference/flight-validation.md).
